A critical point during any project is the transition to a new or expanded facility. TC&M leads the entire Transitioning Phase in achieving operational readiness and the transfer from existing facilities on behalf of the owner.

As described in the Differentiators section under Our Firm tab, TC&M has a unique CO-OP (Consulting Oversight leading to Operating Personnel) program that allows for our staff members to continue assisting the owner at a facility even after completion.

Transition Planning Services
The TC&M team provides overall planning for the transfer of operations from existing transportation facilities to new or expanded facilities. We create new or change existing operational procedures for the relocation and associated logistics to result in a successful transition.

Communications and Public Relations
We support the client with public awareness of a new facility opening or expansion by assisting with print, television and radio public announcements in addition to coordinating events such as opening ceremonies, open-houses and tours.



Program Administration and Special Projects Coordination
TC&M coordinates program administration or special projects in areas such as infrastructure, unique systems within the transportation facility including fueling systems or disposition of existing facility objects.

Operational Readiness
Our team provides a seamless transition of transportation operations of opening a new transportation facility or expanding and existing facility by detailed logistical planning, operations personnel training and orientation, coordination of all involved parties including the owner, tenants, contractors, suppliers and other consultants and by testing and monitoring the overall readiness.

Transitioning and Facility Operations Management
