TC&M has been involved with the $1.1 billion midfield terminal at the New Indianapolis Airport from the beginning to end of the project, practicing our Full Lifecycle philosophy. Our team provided program management services on behalf of the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) and continues to provide transition services now that the facility is open and operational.
