BOT Project Delivery

On the $3-billion BOT International Airport project in Athens, Richard Cardosi directed a team of Resident Engineers to monitor construction compliance, assess quality plans, perform quality assurance audits, assist the owner in developing design/build tenders and monitor building and facility progress. Projects included the 14-gate main terminal building, 10-gate satellite terminal, air traffic control tower and complex, two parallel runways, sewage treatment plant, crash rescue fire station and ancillary support buildings.
